Privacy policy for FIRE Projection
bbmaxwell dev, llc (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the FIRE Projection mobile application (the “App”). This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it.
1 · Information we collect
1.1 Early access email
If you sign up for early access (via the app or this website), we collect your email address. Voluntary. Used only to notify you about the app and future features.
1.2 Result context
When you sign up for early access through the app, we store which result mode you were viewing (normal, distant horizon, etc.). This helps us understand what users want from premium features. No financial data is transmitted or stored on our servers.
1.3 Financial inputs
Your financial inputs (monthly savings, monthly spending, investment balance) are stored locally on your device only. We do not collect, transmit, or have access to your financial data.
1.4 Device information
Device type and operating system may be collected automatically by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not independently collect device information.
2 · How we use your information
- Send a welcome email when you sign up for early access.
- Notify you when premium features or updates are available.
- Understand aggregate interest in features (via result mode data).
We do not sell your information to third parties. We do not use your information for advertising.
3 · Data storage
3.1 Email and signup data
Stored in Supabase (cloud database). See Supabase's privacy policy.
3.2 Financial inputs
Stored locally on your device only. Never transmitted to our servers.
3.3 Welcome email
Sent via Resend (email service). See Resend's privacy policy.
4 · Third-party services
Supabase processes your email address on our behalf. Resend processes your email address to send the welcome message. If the app is distributed through app stores, those platforms may collect usage and device data per their own privacy policies.
5 · Data retention
We retain your email address for as long as you remain on the early access list. You may request removal at any time.
6 · Your rights
- Access the data we hold about you (email and signup date).
- Request deletion of your data.
- Opt out of future emails.

7 · Children's privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
8 · Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the app evolves. Significant changes will be communicated via the app or email.
